And sit at the lounge or bedroom windows for “front-seat” views of the processions, pipe bands etc. that regularly go to and from the Esplanade.
Good views too of the Pentland Hills in the distance, and across the road to the Hub Centre, the headquarters of the Edinburgh Festival, where you buy Festival tickets.
